Your pricing breakdown is below. University Retirement Community structured our fees so you’ll receive the most value for your money.
The URC pricing structure includes both an Entrance Fee and a Monthly Fee.
Step 1: Pay your application fee. This $1,000 fee is 100% refundable should you not qualify for residency or decide not to move to URC before signing a Residence and Service agreement.
Step 2: Select your URC residence and make your reservation deposit. Your signed Reservation Deposit Agreement will require a deposit that is 10% of your total Entrance Fee.
Step 3: Pay your one-time Entrance Fee. This provides you with lifetime use of your residence and priority access to our on-site continuum of care.
Step 4: Pay your first Monthly Fee, which may vary over time depending on your care needs. This fee includes all the services and amenities you could need as an Independent Living resident. In addition to the peace of mind and new community you’ll find at URC, here is just a sampling of some of the benefits included in your Monthly Fee:
